Social media users were shocked by the incredible transformation between the two photos.

"That was a successful attempt at saving trainers," she captioned her tranformation pictures.

Before she detailed the process she took to get the running shoes looking spick-and-span.

"I took the laces out and put them in bleach and oxi stain remover with boiling water.

"I sprayed the trainers with Elbow Grease then put them in the sink with scalding water and bleach and scrubbed with a Minky. I then put them in the washing machine," she explained.

In order to get the whole shoe looking spotless, she mentioned she rinsed the laces then bleached them and "scrubbed with a tooth brush then put them in a jug with bleach and boiling water."

Fellow Facebook users were quick to comment on the incredible results, with one saying: "They look like a brand new pair."

"That’s amazing!!!!!" another said.
