The workout celebs love that takes less time than ordering a pizza

Want to get the benefits of a 90 minute workout, without that much effort? EMS is the answer!

Already a firm favourite of many high profile celebrities and models such as Alessandra Ambrosio, Heidi Klum and Madonna, EMS is coming to Australia.

20PerFit are about to launch their electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) training system. The system provides a science-backed training method that delivers the equivalent of a 90-minute training session in just 20 minutes.

What is it?

EMS stands for electrical muscle stimulation and while it's still relatively new in Australia, it is a very popular way of working out in Europe and has been for the past 10 years. In fact, EMS training has been used by physiotherapists, Victoria’s Secret models, elite athletes as well because of its many benefits.

How does it work?

Using the latest EMS technology exported from Germany, 20PerFit’s innovative system imitates the natural action of the central nervous system, sending electrical impulses to contract deep muscle fibres.

You will need to wear a special training suit which contains electrodes that target and stimulate all your major muscle fibres.

According to 20PerFit, this technology gives your body over 150 times more muscle contractions than a regular training session, activating all your muscle groups in 20 minutes.

All 20PerFit workout are Functional EMS workouts so basically it's body weight exercises from squats to lunges, crunches, push ups, plank and the list goes on, depending on the fitness level and the goals of each individual, all workout are tailored to suit individual needs
