And it's definitely one to try at home!
Celebrity chef Poh Ling Yeow has sent fans into a frenzy online after she shared her secret culurgiones recipe - the same one she cooks the dish for fellow cullinary great Justine Schofield.
The 47-year-old revealed how she puts the stuffed pasta dish together, using eight ingredients.
"Cooking for people you love is everything. Culurgiones for my lovely Justine Schofield," she said on Instagram.
So, how can we recreate this at home?
"This time with a filling of steamed, mashed half and half sweet potato, pecorino, nutmeg, salt and pepper, sage, lemon and beurre noisette sauce and pure semolina dough," she began.
"I hand rolled the pasta this time and the slightly thicker result made for a springier mouthfeel which I feel is nicer contrast with the potatoes.
"I cut shrank into oval shapes which when crimped across the longer length, created a rounder, stouter shaped dumpling which I also prefer.
Poh then said that Justine also made an "incredibly delicious onion tart of puff pastry, lightly caramelised onions with bechamel and stew of squid a l'americaine."
