Just because we're in lockdown, there's no reason your lunchbox game needs to go down
Amid Coronairus outbreak, people are panicking about heir immune systems, so it's more important than ever for children to keep fueled. And one mum has taken to a Facebook group to share a handy hack to get her children to eat their healthy snacks while hanging out at home.
She's managed to compartmentalize their snacks - so kids are not just walking back and forth to the kitchen - binge eating at the pantry.
"I keep seeing these posts about kiddos wanting to eat all day while they are quarantined at home. This was my solution!" she wrote.
"Each child has their own colored snack basket. In the morning I put their snacks in it for the day, when those snacks are gone they don’t get any more.
"It makes them stop and think, ‘Do I really need a snack?' I also put their cup for the day in there because I’m not washing 50 cups a day!"
So simple - would you use this hack?
