Shoppers rush to buy $25 Kmart pants identical to $300 designer pair

It looks like the perfect pair of summer pants have been found!

Kmart fans have been sent into a frenzy over the store's $25 high-waisted linen pants.

The cream-coloured trousers were discovered by Sydney fashion blogger Angel Perez, who featured them on her Instagram page ‘Styling Mum and Bub’.

Since sharing the pictures, fans have gone crazy for the ‘pleated jeans’ which look almost identical to a designer pair that retails for $295.

The Kmart bargain buy is extremely similar to the palazzo pants being sold by Australian designer label Aje (below, right).

Both pairs, which are being dubbed the most ‘flattering’ pants you can own, have deep double pockets at the front and a thick waistband.

The bargain buy, which looks way more expensive than its $25 price tag, hasn’t been spotted on the Kmart website yet, but have been spotted in store and are already flying off shelves.

“I love how high-waisted those trousers are!” one woman said of Kmart dupe.

Others said the pants were ‘elegant’, ‘beautiful’ and well-tailored.

And this isn’t the only designer dupe Kmart currently have in store.

Fans of the budget retailer recently spotted a pair of $10 sneakers that look almost exactly like popular $950 Givenchy Sneakers with Webbing.

Both versions of the shoe are slip-on, but the $950 Givenchy sneakers are rubber-soled, featuring a 100% leather body, crafted in Portugal. The Kmart elastic band shoes are made of 100% synthetic materials.

And while they aren’t exactly made the same, fans were flocking to stores to get their hands on a pair.
