The actress proves she’s ageless as she shows off her toned bikini body and insane abs!
Halle Berry just celebrated her 54th birthday, but the mum-of-two looks more like a 24-year-old in a selection of new photos.
But one thing’s for sure – she works pretty hard to keep herself in such good shape.
Sharing two bikini pictures with her fans on Instagram recently, the former Bond girl said “motivation is key” to sticking to her strict diet and exercise regime.
The Oscar winning actress credits her incredible body to her favourite workout – boxing.
"I've been boxing for the past 10 years and regularly for the past three and I love that I always learn a new way to challenge myself and work new muscles," she said in an interview.
Her personal trainer Peter Lee Thomas also keeps her in check with core strength exercises and resistance training.
“What I’ve learned throughout my training this past year is that a strong core supports EVERY other part of your body, and if you’re performing exercises correctly, you’re always engaging your core – now that’s a win / win!” she said on Instagram.
When it comes to her diet, she’s just as strict opting for a Keto diet which makes her feel “incredible on the high-fat, moderate-protein and very-low-carb plan.”
She says the diet, which has come under scrutiny, also helps her to manage her type two diabetes.
Apart from diet and exercise the star says that regular self-care and mediation are key to her health and wellbeing.
“My meditative practice is my way to remain strong and centered for myself as well as my children when things are overwhelming. I hope that everyone will take a moment today to breathe - you deserve it," she recently said on Instagram.
