Selling Houses Australia is bidding farewell to one of the show's original line-up - Charlie Albone.
But don't worry, he's not going anywhere yet!
You'll still get to see Charlie on LifeStyle in season 13 of Selling Houses Australia, which airs soon.
The 36-year-old landscaper has decided to step down from Selling Houses Australia after the new series finishes, following 12 years of working alongside interior designer Shaynna Blaze and our AACTA-award winning property guru, Andrew Winter.
His designs and stunning backyard makeovers of hundreds of Aussie homes on the show have left many homeowners in awe - as have his witty comebacks in response to Andrew's one-liners!
"It was a really difficult decision for me to make," Charlie reveals. "I've been with Selling Houses Australia for over a decade of my life and I'll definitely miss Andrew and Shaynna - it'll be odd not working with them."
LifeStyle General Manager, Wendy Moore, revealed the news today saying: "After 12 amazing years on an iconic show like Selling Houses Australia, we are obviously really sad to say goodbye to Charlie, but he will always remain a part of the LifeStyle family and we wish him nothing but happiness in his new venture."
Both Shaynna and Andrew will, of course, stay with the top-rating Foxtel show.
