The latest variety of Dairy Milk is exciting choc-a-holics Down Under.
We're not sure if you have noticed, but it seems that Cadbury are going on a flavour-craze at the moment, launching new varieties of Dairy Milk left, right and centre.
Most recently there were rumours of the Caramilk block (which is still yet to see the light of day on supermarket shelves, but we live in hope!), but Cadbury have just confirmed their newest arrival: - a Dairy Milk block featuring Pineapple Lumps mixed in, inspired by Pascall's confectionery of the same name, a chocolate-covered, chewy, yellow candy with a zingy taste.
A spokesperson for Cadbury said: “Both Pineapple Lumps and Cadbury Dairy Milk are such classic icons, it’s great to be able to create a way to enjoy and share them in a new, delicious treat.”
First announced on the New World Pioneer Facebook page, fans were raving about the newest flavour combo.
But, there's some bad news for local choc-lovers. It seems that while so many people can't wait to get their hands on the block, Aussies might have to wait, as it's currently only being sold in the birthplace of the Pineapple Lump - New Zealand.
If the demand is as high as it's been amongst Aussies, surely Cadbury will bring it across the ditch? For now, we'll just have to wait and see, adding it to our chocolate wish list.
