Fancy celebrating the weekend in a margarita mansion?

If you like all things Mexican and can’t get to Tijuana, you’ll want to get down to Bungalow 8 in Sydney’s Darling Harbour.

This harbourside bar is bringing in summer in style with their Margarita Mansion takeover. The bar will feature nine curtained cabanas decorated with brightly coloured Aztec cushions, designed to resemble a Mexican beachside set up.

Kick back with some bespoke frozen margaritas: Bhang Bhang (strawberry and lemongrass), Sexico (watermelon and basil), Mango Fuego (mango and jalapeno), Pineapple Mansion (pineapple and mint), Loco Coco (coconut and pandan), Tequila Thyme (grapefruit and thyme).

On weekends you’ll be able to indulge in a two-hour bottomless brunch, which includes endless tacos and margaritas for two hours. Running from 1 – 3pm, the brunch is $60 and you’ll also get access to a roaming guacamole cart that will freshly smash your guac as needed and serve it up with tortilla chips for $14.
