Adele reveals incredible new body on her 32nd birthday

Singer Adele has celebrated her 32nd birthday with a new Instagram photo that has stunned fans.

The British singer who has steadily been losing weight, was dressed in a figure-hugging black dress complete with a beaming smile.

The photo showed off her new slimmed-down waist and revealed her toned legs, leading fans to ask how much weight she had lost and if she could reveal her weight loss secrets.

"Damn girl," said one. "How do you look like this?"

Another added, "Are you kidding me? Can your send me your diet?"

 

Earlier this year at the Oscars, the singer stunned party-goers when she arrived at Jay-Z and Beyoncé's party and posed with fans.

It was thought then that she had lost 44kg but now experts are now suggesting her overall weight-loss  could be closer to 50g.

The singer has been working out for several months and changed her diet in a bid to feel healthier, after becoming a single mum to son, Angelo.

Posting the 32nd birthday photo Adele said, “'Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time.

'I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels  2020 okay bye thanks x'.

Adele credits her healthy weight-loss with transforming her lifestyle following her split from husband, Simon Konecki, and deciding to re-vamp how she ate and how she worked out.

Her former personal trainer, Camilla Goodis, revealed how she reduced her calorie intake by following the  Sirtfood Diet which focuses on plant foods like kale and buckwheat, strawberries, onions and occasionally dark chocolate. She also does daily workouts.

"She's working out but I think 90 per cent of it is diet," said Camila. "It's a good diet to shed the weight. The first week is intense, green juices and only 1,000 calories. She doesn't look too thin – she looks amazing."

 

It's now thought that the Hello singer is working out with US trainer Dalton Wong – who has helped Hollywood stars like Jennifer Lawrence -over the past few months to help with her maintain her new physique.
