Tech gadgets that can really help your health

With an abundance of new gadgets around, there are some that can actually help your health.

From having a personal trainer in your pocket to being able to immerse yourself into a workout via sound, there are some fun new gadgets that can help boost your health and wellbeing.

Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless headphones

According to a recent survey, 75 percent of Australians can't even find a spare moment to have a lunch break. This means we certainly aren't getting enough "me" time in our busy lives.

As a result, Sennheiser are working with immersive yoga and meditation studio, W1LL, to encourage people to remember that taking time out for themselves is vital.

Sennheiser's MOMENTUM True Wireless headphones are unobtrusive ear buds that can be easily carried on your work commute and whipped out to escape the daily grind. They are also touch activated and recharge while in the case.

Why not try using them at your next solo gym workout to really connect with the exercises you are doing, by listening to an instructional workout audio. Or, plug into a meditation app and take a few moments to simply be.

Samsung Galaxy Watch Active

The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active offers a whole host of wellbeing features such as 40 customisable exercises, heart rate, monitoring stress levels, meditation and much more. However, the extra bonus is pairing it with the Samsung Health app.

The app is free and you can download a free program directly to your watch to help keep you on track. after inpuyting your information, the program will recommend the number of weeks and workouts it will take to achieve your goals.

What's more, the program even lets you know the best amount of rest days between your training efforts. If you're a music lover, but hate going for a run with your phone, Samsung and Spotify have partnered so you can download your favourite playlists directly to the watch.

Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart

Dental care is something we may not always put at the top of our health and wellbeing list. This Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart electric toothbrush also pairs with a mobile app where you can get personalised tips for cleaning your teeth.

One of the best parts about this product is that it pauses briefly while you're brushing your teeth so you know when to move to the next section in your mouth. The app will also reveal if there are any spots that you're neglecting while brushing your pearly whites.

Bose noise-masking sleepbuds

If you're in need of something to aid your sleep, especially if you have noisy neighbours or lots of road noise, these Bose noise-masking sleepbuds should do the trick. These tiny, wireless earbuds are pre-loaded with a whole range of soothing sounds to cover up those annoying night-time noises, so you can have a good night's sleep.
