don’t recognise the fructose component of sugar so it is stored directly as fat.
GO TO BED BY 10pm – Our livers do their essential detoxing from 10/11pm-2am. We need to be asleep, resting in this time.
PRIORITISE POSTURE – Studies show when we stand tall we get a happiness hit. Also, it instantly slims. Tuck your tailbone in and draw up your stomach. Be proud!
SMILE – Simply activating the muscles around the corner of our mouths turns on happy hormones.
