Real Curves on the Catwalk at New York Fashion Week

Body-positive activist, Ashley Graham, led a group of full-figured models down the runway while launching her new lingerie collection.

The 28-year-old presented her new lingerie collection 'Black Orchid' aimed at plus-sized women at this year's New York Fashion Week.

The collection, which is part of Canadian brand Addition Elle, consists of beautiful black, blue and purple bras, corsets and underwear.

The runway show featured a diversity of models in size, shape and colour, with audience members encouraged to use the hashtag #IAmSizeSexy.

This is not the first time the size 16 model has led a positive body campaign, having been the first plus-size model to grace the pages of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Ashley is also involved in a campaign with retailer Lane Bryant's #PlusIsEqual movement.

Joining Ashley to support the campaign at Times Square were fellow models Candice Huffine, Precious Lee, Justine Legault, Sabina Karlsson and Georgia Pratt.

This is what the real world is like. Pleased to see that someone in the fashion industry has realised it! These women are showing what most people know; there is a desperate need for great looking underwear for great looking ladies. Sorry, that sounds a bit sexist and I guess I am but don't let that stop people from wearing nice undergarments.
