P.E Nation’s Pip Edwards tells us her favourite ways to work out

In time for a post-Easter chocolate detox, P.E Nation has partnered with Elle Macpherson's Welleco to create a fortnight-long reset challenge. We asked P.E Nation founder Pip Edwards about working out, winding down, and resetting for winter.

Since launching in 2016, cult Australian label P.E Nation has become a global forerunner of the fashionably fit trend. In order to create a simplified, streamlined plan to get back on track after your Easter chocolate binge, this week, P.E has announced a 14-day reset challenge in partnership with WelleCo, Elle Macpherson's plant-based dietary supplement label. Made up of daily recipes and at-home workout guides, it's been designed to be both delicious and doable.

"Sticking to a program is the best way to kick bad habits and to stay accountable," Pip says. "Plus it will make you feel great and start you on the right trajectory.” 

Here, Pip reveals more of her top reset tips. 

What’s your favourite way to work out and why?

Pilates has changed my life! I started FluidForm Pilates for recovery but what it actually did was change my perspective when it came to overall health and wellbeing. Pilates is amazing for sculpting and building core but I also love to soft sand run and a weekly boxing session with Transpose Fitness for a more cardio sweat sesh.

Is it important to reset? How often should we reset?

I am always 'on'. I find it really hard to find calm and quiet because I'm always thinking about what's next. So, for me, a total body reset is really important when I need a kickstart. We all need a little pick me up and  I feel like taking on something like a 14-day reset is not too scary, it's realistic and doable and is enough time to feel a change.



What are your top 6 detox tips?

  1. Clean eating and I try to be as close to being vegan as possible for the best results for my body
  2. Regular B12 shots to boost my energy levels
  3. Sessions in a floatation tank to keep my mind rested
  4. Walking the dog is a good calming activity that keeps me moving in the fresh air
  5. Getting out of the city to the country with my phone out of service for a digital detox
  6. Beach days with my son, Justice. Sun, surf and family time – soul food.
