Michelle Bridges Reveals Her Post-Baby Workout Tips

Celebrity trainer and 'The Biggest Loser' star, Michelle Bridges, has shared her tips for getting back into shape after giving birth. 

Michelle welcomed her first baby, Axel Bridges Willis, with her partner Steve 'Commando' Willis on December 19 last year. 

According to Michelle, she has since received a barrage of interest in how she plans to return to her pre-baby body, post baby!

"Mums have been asking me what I do for training. Here's what I did today," she wrote on Instagram.

She said she does 30 minutes of alternating between jogging and walking for one minute intervals, followed by alternating 20 seconds of jogging with 10 seconds of walking for precisely 26 minutes.

 Michelle shared a reminder that she is indeed a personal trainer - so the rest of us should probably not follow her exact foot steps.

"Remember! I am a personal trainer and have been training for 30 years. So! For you, please dial this down to 15-20 minutes of total work."
