Jennifer Aniston Reveals Her Breakfast Regime

Jennifer Aniston is the picture of health - and now we know why.

You've heard it once, so we'll say it again - breakfast is the most important meal of the day. 

At least one celeb appears to know this.

In a recent interview with Bon Appetit magazine, former Friends star Jennifer Aniston, 46, revealed the details of her healthy diet - in particular, her protein-packed breakfast.

Jen reportedly has three go-to breakfast meals:

1.  A smoothie - "bananas, cherries, a protein powder of some sort, almonds, cacao powder, and all sorts of other weird antioxidant stuff I can't remember - with almond milk."

2. Eggs with avocado on toast. "I crack them into a bowl and I'll add a white or two into that and pour it all into the pan to get more protein sans too much yolk-age. I'll have that with avocado on toast sprinkled with olive oil and salt and pepper."

3. Oatmeal "with egg whites whipped into it right at the end."

Among her other favourite meals include a lean carbonara pasta, tacos and tortilla chips with guacamole. *drools* 

While Jen is partial to a cup of coffee, she hopes the one food trend that dies in 2016 is "bulletproof coffee" - mixing butter with coffee!
