How will you spend your girls’ night in?
You’ve grabbed your favourite girlfriends and kicked out the boys, now what? Here are some ideas to entertain you!
Catch up on all your favourite LifeStyle YOU series to watch as a marathon with the girls. Take your pick from the latest sensational series including Made in Chelsea, Mob Wives, Big Fat Gypsy Weddings and The Only Way is Essex. Don’t have Foxtel? Everyone who registers for a Girls’ Night In will receive a free LifeStyle YOU DVD packed with episodes of our most popular series, so you can still get a taste of the channel.
Cook up a storm
Take inspiration from the 15,000+ recipes on the LifeStyle FOOD website and treat your friends to anything from Mediterranean mezze to a Mexican-themed fiesta. To make the night even easier, ask your friends to chip in and bring a plate each.
Treat yourself to a beauty experience
No one needs a pampering session like busy friends. Treat your friends by giving each other manicures, pedicures and facials, or bring in a professional to do it for you. You could do each other’s makeup, hair, or organise a masseuse to work their magic.
Get your friends over and try a new form of exercise, your body will thank you for it! Try a fitness DVD with a cardio workout or something really fun like zumba. If you prefer something a little more chilled then a group yoga or pilates session might be right for you.
Swap till you drop!
Each of us has clothes in the cupboard that we don’t wear, don’t need and frankly have no use for. Instruct your girlfriends to bring in some of the pieces wasting away in their cupboards, put a small price on your pre-loved items and watch the feathers fly! You’ll clear out your closet, help Cancer Council and get a real bargain.
Get your game on
Dig out your favourite board game and bring it along for a night of good fun. Compete with each other through old favourites like Jenga, Twister, Pictionary, Monopoly or whatever you can unearth. Pay an entry fee and create a prize pool, which can be donated at the end of the night.
