Do Your Research
A little tip ....most creams tend to contain a number of ingredients that aren’t exactly natural, and therefore aren’t exactly beneficial for the beauty of our skin or the health of our internal organs. For example, preservatives are necessary due to the water content in a cream; and emulsifiers to encourage the suspension of one liquid in another, ie. to keep together the water and oil components within the cream. Even natural, organic and certified organic creams can contain a small percentage of synthetic preservatives, and/or naturally-derived ingredients that are not ideal for the health and appearance of our skin and body. If in doubt, please check the full list of ingredients on your night cream. If still in doubt, get in touch in the comments section below and I’ll happily decipher the list of ingredients for you.
Replace your night cream with a natural and organic skin-loving superfood oil (such as argan, rosehip, hemp, prickly pear seed, or a blend) that is bursting with antioxidants and essential fatty acids that help to combat ageing, brighten your complexion and heal blemishes and spots. Try it out for a week or two to test it out for yourself. You may be very surprised by the difference in your complexion.
