Aries: March 21 - April 19

Aries needs to be in motion like two-legged hamsters running in the wheel. However, they’re accident-prone and push themselves beyond their limits. They may be prone to fevers, headaches, and injuries from fighting or risk-taking.

Taurus: April 20 - May 20

Mighty Taurus is healthiest when things are peaceful, though they may prefer Krispy Kreme to kale and never have time to stop by that gym five minutes away. They may be prone to sore throats, sinus trouble, and thyroid problems.

Gemini: May 21 - June 20

Gemini is alive when kept in the loop and sharing information. A good conversation or book can make them feel better. They may be prone to anxiety, asthma, and depression.

Cancer: June 21 - July 22

Cancer feels best when nurtured or nurturing another person. Who doesn’t want Mama to kiss that booboo and make it better? Cancer may internalise negative feelings and feel ill from it. They may be prone to ulcers, heart burn, and gallstones

Leo: July 23 - August 22

Leo lives in search of the fountain of youth. Too much botox instead of broccoli? Its rooster-strut cockiness may lead them to ignore health problems. They may be prone to heart trouble, backaches, and hypertension. 

Virgo: August 23 - September 22

Virgo understands the value of a good diet and exercise, but it can’t seem to get off the mechanical bull of stress, leaving it prone to exhaustion. Yippee ki yay! They may be prone to IBS, allergies, and digestive problems.

Libra: September 23 - October 22

Libra wants to be pretty and look healthy. However, it’s baggy sweats and unshaven legs once they find someone. They may deal with kidney troubles, weight gain, and insulin resistance.

Scorpio: October 23 - November 21

Scorpio is stronger than it looks, but much like the Incredible Hulk, may be vulnerable to hidden or mystery illnesses. They may be prone to reproductive problems, intestinal issues, and sexual dysfunction.

Sagittarius: November 22 - December 21

Sagittarius requires ample time outdoors to stay healthy, but sticking to a diet or exercise routine is about as easy as taking a recalcitrant cat for a walk. They may be prone to gaining weight with age, develop growths, or suffer sciatica.

Capricorn: December 22 - January 19

Capricorn is either physically like a rock or a reed, but either way, determined to continue to live. Clark Kent, anyone? They may be prone to chills, cavities, and osteoporosis.

Aquarius: January 20 - February 18

Aquarius may ignore illness until it’s serious, and still try to solve its own problems even though “take two aspirin and call me in the morning” may not cut it. They may be prone to thrombosis, mental illness, and freak accidents.

Pisces: February 19 - March 20

Pisces’s illnesses may be real or imagined. Hypochondria and excessive Googling aside, drugs may affect them differently or more strongly from expected. They may be prone to autoimmune disorders, addiction, and frequent infections.
