Château La Mascaronne Quat ‘Saisons Rosé, 2010

The award-winning Quat ‘Saisons Rosé, made from Cinsault and Grenache grapes, is known for its intense aroma, elegant fruit flavours and exceptionally long aftertaste. The pale, luminous pink wine has an intense and beguiling nose, revealing superb aromas of red fruits; raspberry notes predominate with touches of redcurrant. This rosé has wonderful roundness and mouth-filling quality, with a delightful clean, fresh finish.

Ariston Aspasie “Carte Blanche” Brut Champagne
Comprising 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunière, this champagne blend is well balanced and full-bodied with notes of tart apples, dried hazelnuts, vanilla and toast. Enjoy by itself or with salmon, chicken or pork.

Jacques Rousseaux “Le Tradition” Champagne

Presenting vivid straw colours and offering a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, on the nose the “Le Tradition” Champagne shows discretion by its finesse and complexity with notes of white vanilla and fruit syrup. On the palate, it is refreshing with medium acidity, offering a nice tension in the mouth. The champagne develops notes of pastry and reveals a very good balance making it ideal for all occasions.

Cuvée Guy da Nine Rosé, 2011

The Domaine also produces Guy da Nine wines; only produced in exceptional years and aged for one year in new, French oak barrels. This rosé is a beautiful bright and luminous pomelo colour, with an intense and complex nose of red fruits (cherry, raspberry), finished with hints of vanilla and butter. A long beguiling finish with a touch of almond joins the elegant toasty notes from the barrel aged in French oak.
