Enhance Your New Year

New Year is often a great time for reflection and making small changes to habits and tasks that result in positive benefits. In 2013, Procter & Gamble (P&G), the name behind some of Australia’s favourite brands, is celebrating 175 years, and to celebrate, some of P&G’s most well known ambassadors including Rebecca Gibney and Zoe Foster are sharing their own unique New Year solutions for enhancing everyday life for the year ahead.

Rebecca Gibney: celebrated Australian actress and Olay ambassador

“2013 is the year of the no diet for me. I plan on eating healthily and moderately but will still enjoy some ice cream and a glass of bubbles when I feel like it. I'm also going to spend more time just hanging out with my family before my son no longer wants to hang out with his mum! And I'm going to practice fully living in the present no matter what I'm doing.”

“Simplify, simplify, simplify. Get dressed, put on your accessories and then before you walk out the door take something off.”

Barney Martin: celebrity hairstylist and Pantene ambassador

“In the New Year, try to only have two hot tool styling days per week so as to maintain maximum condition of hair and help prevent split ends.”

Zoe Foster: author, beauty expert and Pantene ambassador

“In 2013 change one big thing about your appearance. New haircut, colour, style... even a bright lip colour you'd never usually wear.”

Belinda Jeffrey : celebrity colourist and Nice’n’Easy ambassador

“For a low-maintenance hair colour change for the New Year, try some subtle highlights that don’t require regular trips to the hairdresser to be maintained.”
