Detox Meal Plan

Follow our four-week detox meal plan and beat fatigue, weight gain, poor sleep, headaches and bloating!

Breakfast on Detox:


• Seasonal fruit with natural yoghurt and LSA (a protein rich combination of ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
• 100% rye toast with avocado and tomato
• poached egg with sautéed spinach and mushrooms
• porridge with stewed fruit
• bircher muesli with grated apple and cinnamon
• scrambled tofu with smoked salmon

Lunch on Detox:


• vegetable and barley casserole
• chicken and corn soup
• salad of tuna, quinoa and rocket
• chicken and salad wrap
• sashimi and miso soup

Dinner on Detox:


• grilled fillet of local fish with steamed broccolini and asparagus
• vegetable stir-fry with cannellini beans
• baked chicken breast with sweet potato mash and spinach
• smoothie with almond/oat milk, flaxseed oil, frozen berries, natural yoghurt and LSA
• miso soup with tofu and vegetables

Snacking on Detox


• ryvita with avocado
• fresh fruit
• vegetable juices
• unsalted nuts – all except peanuts
• seeds
• raw vegetable sticks – carrot, celery, capsicum etc
• dips – baba ganoush, homous, guacamole

Drinks on Detox


• pure, filtered water
• herbal teas such as dandelion leaf tea
• fresh vegetable juices
• coconut water

I went to a Health Retreat last spring and it really helped me jump start my diet change. It always helps me to see some ideas and get motivated prior to making a change !
