Rollerblading, riding a bike and skipping! Have fun while working out with Lisa's fitness plan from Eat Yourself Sexy Australia.
Fitness assessment: Lisa used to be a professional dancer but her athletic past has been overshadowed by her sedentary lifestyle. As Lisa is still very young, her training program can afford a greater intensity and frequency.
The first test was to see how fast Lisa could skip 300 times and the second test was to see how fast Lisa could complete 50 laps of our 20 metre circuit on her rollerblades. The exercises were chosen as they resemble the dancing that she used to compete in. The skipping is a great full body workout, in particular a great lower body workout and the rollerblading is great for the lower body, coordination, core strength and cardio workout.
Plan of attack: Our program will ramp up Lisa’s cardio and work the biggest muscles to burn maximum calories.
Lisa's fitness plan includes:
- skipping 300 jumps three times a week
- rollerblading for 30 minutes twice a week
- riding her bike to and from work 15kms a day
