What’s a girl to do when she’s only got four weeks to get her booty red carpet ready? With such a short span of time on your hands to prep for a big event, you’ve got an advantage – laser sharp focus that will have you sticking to your workout and nutrition promises like glue, not to mention a tonne of motivation thanks to a certain fabulous dress you need to look jaw-droppingly gorgeous in!

This week, our four-week workout plan borrows the best moves from Hollywood’s top celebrity trainers to have you looking trim, taut and terrific in no time flat. It’s intense but oh-so-worth-it, so make sure you stick to the plan!

  • The Idea

    If we had a little longer to get you ready to slip into that slinky gown, we may do things a bit differently and incorporate a more structured weights program. However, as we’ve only got four weeks to get you into that dress, we’re going in guns a-blazing with a combination of interval-based resistance training and heart rate raising cardio sessions, supplemented by a little steady/slow cardio and long, luxurious stretch or yoga sessions to make sure your body is lean, toned and ready to steal the show in four short weeks.

    How The Program Works
    Check out your commitments for weeks one through four below, then mix-and-match any of the resistance, interval cardio, ab blaster and steady cardio workouts listed, for a body that stops traffic!
