Trampolines aren't just a thing for the kids. Indoor trampoline parks are a great way to get fit quickly. Combining calisthenics, strength building aerobics and core exercises, your abs, legs and cardiovascular system, will all get a major boost. Julianne Hough is the latest celeb to become addicted.
As the name suggests, Pilates and Boxing are combined to ensure sculpting of the body whilst getting a great calorie burn. Weighted gloves can also be used to challenge the body. It girls including Hilary Duff, Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens have raved about its benefits.
4. Hula Hooping
Haven't got time to go the gym? Don't worry. Hula Hooping is a great way to tone the back, arms, abs and legs, whilst helping to improve your balance and flexibility. Think it's too easy? Think again. One minute of Hula Hooping is said to burn seven calories, which equates to 210 per half hour, similar to a kickboxing session. These fun bouncy boots provide a low-impact workout. Protecting the joins and correcting poor posture, the boots will assist in toning abs and legs.
