Drink Lemon Juice
Lemons - drink a squeeze of fresh lemon juice in warm water or there's an old folk remedy where you squeeze half a lemon under each arm pit! It’s all about supporting your liver, and lemons help to support liver detoxification.
Whilst drinking, eat 10 almonds. Half the reason we get a huge hangover the day after a few drinks is because alcohol strips the body of B vitamins. Almonds are jam packed full of B vitamins, so tuck in!
Hydration is key. Alcohol is very dehydrating and the more dehydrated you are the worse the hangover. One of the best ways to naturally rehydrate is with coconut water! My favourite is cocobella straight up - it's jam packed full of essential electrolytes and minerals, and is the perfect way to start the day after a night out.
