Here's what you should be eating after a workout.
One of the most important things you can do to recover from your workout is consume a high quality meal within an hour after training. The key however, is to get the balance on your plate just right.
This will not only help your muscles recover, but help you to burn fat fast!
Here are my top three meals that taste just as good as they look and will make you feel great.

No-bake energy bars
The reality is, we’re often on the go after a workout, so planning ahead is key. I pack one of my No-bake energy bars in my gym bag to snack on whenever I know I won’t be getting to a meal straight after training.
They have good carbs from quinoa and protein and healthy fats from nuts and seeds. Fats are often forgotten about post-workout but they’re a key part of the recovery process.

Coconut fish and chips
Starchy vegetables such as sweet potato and potato are two of nature’s best carbs and important to include, especially after high intensity interval training.
Fish is a great source of both protein and healthy fats, which ramp up your recovery. This is one of my favourite quick and easy dinners to throw together after a late afternoon workout.
