Awww. Our hearts are melting after six-year-old Henry Marr's emotional breakdown about the state of the environment goes viral and he vows to keep fighting to save the planet.
A six-year-old boy from Washington has made worldwide headlines with his passionate plea to save the environment. Henry Marr’s first video was recorded after he saw a bird eating a piece of plastic in the school yard, and has now generated over 18 million views on facebook.
He can be seen having an emotional breakdown over the state of the planet and promising to fight the people who are ruining it for future generations.
“I wish I was an adult right now,” he says. “I just want to do my job right now.”
The pint-sized preservationist is impressing people the world over with his message about living more sustainably, getting behind campaigns to stop littering and reduce landfill.
Earlier this year he was surprised by Nissan when the car company gave his family an environmentally-friendly car covered in his own drawings so they could drive around smog free.
Self-labelled the “Emotional Environmentalist”, young Henry now has a facebook and Instagram page all dedicated to his cause.
His personal interests on his Facebook page include: 'Baby animals, Stopping people from littering, Saving Little Mountain, Cleaning the earth and My whistle'.
He hopes to inspire other kids to take action to help the planet and promises to fight those who continue to ruin it… when he grows up.
We're behind you 100% Henry!
