Kmart’s new $19 planter is flying off the shelves!

You don't even need to be a plant person to love this!

Kmart is loved for its incredible budget buys, and their latest release has caused quite a stir.

Following their sell-out egg chair, the budget retailer has released a range of indoor planters and they're already becoming popular within the Kmart community.

But there's one particular planter that's flying off the shelves, and it's only $19. Yes, you read right.

The rattan woven plant stand has become a viral sensation due to its Hamptons-style look and flexibility to work in any space.

While it comes in tan, many Kmart shoppers have been spraying the planter white, or different colours to match their interior tone and the trend is continuing to spike.

Posting on the Kmart Mums Australia Facebook group, one woman showed off her latest DIY job where she painted her planter white, leaving the legs its original tan wood, and people have loved it!

"Anyone else in love with the new planter from Kmart?" she posted in the group, along with a photo of her new purchase.

The Kmart fan had put in three herbs: parsley, basil and mint to create a vibrant green against the contrasting white and tan, offering a chic aesthetic look as well as being a functional plant stand!

She's since inspired many other Kmart fans to do the same.

"Omg I need one now," a woman in the group wrote.

"I have one too. Never thought about painting it! Great idea," a second commented.

"We currently use one as a doll bed now I’m going to get one and paint it and use it as a planter," a third replied.

Once again, Kmart proves you don't need to spend big to get amazing results, and who would deny a $19 price tag?

The woven plant stand is currently available online and in store, but you better get in quick as it's sure to sell out!
