If you’ve always wondered how a Venus Flytrap works, this one's for you.
Join Charlie Albone as Jimmy Turner, director of horticultural management at Sydney's Royal Botanic Gardens, demonstrates how a Venus Flytrap catches its prey and talks Charlie through the 10,000 species of carnivorous plants on display.
He also walks him through Australia’s biggest indoor plant wall, made up of more than 18,000 plants measuring 15 metres long and 3.5 metres high. The pair talk through everything that makes this wall work from selecting the right plants to the efficient irrigation system.
