tone 

Hiya. I am 42yo, 50kg but unfit and untoned. I have 'a tummy' or spare tyre. What exercise should I do to tone arms, legs and banish the innertube. i know I don't need to 'lose' any weight - just move it around a bit. :)

Hey Jeana I would be looking to do weights in order to tighten up those areas you spoke of.

When I train girls in my fatloss program "6 weeks to sexy" they do weights 3 days a week and cardio 2 days a week. 

We've found that to be the most effective method of fatloss.
