Eat yourself sexy meal plan and coffee

Hi Emma,

I have just began your "eat yourself sexy meal plan" and was wondering if it would be acceptable to drink coffee as part of liquids. I would not say i am one of those people who feel the need to drink coffee every day, I would probably have around 3 soy cappuccinos a week, is this okay or should i be sticking to tea/water?

Hi Lauren, Well done on making the investment to get healthy and increase your Mojo! Stay away from coffee for the 8 weeks as it puts an extra burden on your liver, which is better spent breaking down fat and toxins :-) Choose instead herbal teas such as dandelion, licorice, rose hip, peppermint or chamomile as well as lots of fresh water. Have fun!
