Adrian's Knife

Hi Adrian,

Massive fan!

What is the brand of your chef's knife you use in your episodes? I have never seen something so sharp.

Answered Saturday 10 November 2012

Hi George Thanks for watching, most of my newer knife collection has been Shun. They are outstanding knives & lovely to use however they are professional knives & need to be looked after to maintain their integrity. I would suggest if you buy one, that you also buy a knife guard. Let me know if you have any more questions or if there is anything I can help with. Cheers Lynda

Hi Adrian. I have just seen your show on cable TV in the UK. I decided to try your Kaluntan Chicken recipe. Oh My Lord. Thank you so much, it is easily the best chuck I have ever tasted and I grew up on a poultry farm. !!! wow. I just wanted to point out to you that people probably ask you a lot where gthey can buy ingredients like Galangal Tamarind Kaffir Lime Leaves, especially in the UK these may be hard to find. I am lucky I live in Sheffield Yorkshire and we have a great selection of Eastern Supermarkets, but I know that many parts of the UK do not. If this is the case, people should try Amazon dot com, they have every ingredient you will ever need and are only a small click away. All the best, i love your show, God Bless.
