While the Selling Houses team have had some challenges over the years, this house really has Shaynna stuck.
This isn't your ordinary rural property. Yes, it has a beautiful landscape and a lot to offer, but it's basically a dated homestead with a ranch feel.
Horse lovers Sandi and David have decided to sell up their homestead in Dysdale, Victoria in the hope of spending more time with family.
Over the years, they’ve managed to maintain a distinct ranch theme about the place which is now well and truly outdated.
Stretched across eight acres, this unique property offers a historic family home that dates back to the 1800s, a horse stud, three sheds covered and outdoor horse yards, stables, paddocks and an arena.
Shaynna certainly has a challenge on her hands with the exposed timber and ramshackle layout, so can she turn this place around without losing the historic essence of the home?
Over the years, Sandi and David have poured a lot of love into their home raising their five children and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle it has to offer.
But sadly, they haven’t put a lot of effort into the upkeep of the place, creating a potential sale that would be a lot of work for buyers.
While Charlie has his hands full transforming the outside, Shaynna is presented with a real challenge on this property and quite honestly doesn’t know where to start.
She sees no redeamable features on the existing cottage which means she going to have to work really hard on this one to get the outcome this family are after - $1.2million.
With a kitchen that can only be described as an eyesore and a western saloon style living area, there’s no time for horsing around. So will she be able to deliver?
