Would you be ok with it?
Investing in a home is a big step and while the Australian housing market continues to plague younger generations, a miracle sale has taken place in Sydney's popular suburb of Rushcutter's Bay.
Homeowners can fork out a mere $150,000 to receive a studio apartment in the city's buzzing neighbourhood. In fact, two studio apartments are on offer at the moment.
According to Yahoo! News, BresicWhitney agent Josh Fleming revealed he has receieved “a lot” of enquiries regarding the two homes.
So, what's the catch? It appears home owners will have to share bathrooms.
"These would make for a great investment... people love the area and it’s just near Kings Cross station,” the real estate agent told the website.
According to Realestate.com.au, the median house in the suburb usually averages $871,500, so this could be quite the buy.
