Electric hair clippers will work well.. I also use them on jumpers,and any other fabrics that pile.. Hope this helps.

I have had light coloured pure wool garments stored in a camphor chest for some years after being wool washed prior to storage. They now have some brown unsightly marks in various places. What can I do to removes these? We use tank water.

I have a problem with some yellow/orange/brown colour stains on a pure silk jacket, I suspect the stains were on the fabric already when I purchased it. I have tried the glycerine and soap method mentioned in your book on a spare piece of fabric, there is no change to the stain, help?
