Selling Houses Australia

Selling Houses Australia: Will this be the first house the team doesn't finish?

We kick off season 13 of Selling Houses Australia in Waratah, NSW where home owners Erica and Jarryd are desperate for more space.

Although they live on a large corner block, the Logan family are, quite literally, bursting at the seams.

Erica, Jarroyd and their four kids have simply outgrown their two-bedroom 60s brick house. They need to sell, and quick!

Despite their best efforts to get a sale they just can't get the price they're after. Even their best offer of $540,000 isn't going to cut it, with their sights set on offers over $580,000.
