Inexpensive Renovation Solutions

Shaynna Blaze shows us just how achievable inexpensive renovation solutions really are!

Here are Shaynna's top cost effective tips for getting a designer finish.

  • Replacing cupboards in tiles and kitchens and bathrooms can really add up. Spraying these surfaces are popular and there are a lot of options available. The surface covering you have will dictate the type of finish you can use.
  • If you have a bigger budget, granite composite is a good option. This is a thin veneer that is glued into place and has a high quality finish, at a fraction of the price.
  • Don't be afraid of flat pack kitchens - they are a great money saver! What you're not spending on the cupboards, can be used on a granite bench top.
  • If you're not a fan of interior brick work, plaster boarding over the walls is quicker than re-plastering and you don't have to wait for it to dry.

The key is to be create and have a go - who knows what you will be able to come up with!
