1. Clean and de-clutter
2. Archive taxation - keep business tax records seven years and personal tax five years)
3. Use a colour coded/shape coded sticker system to order your files by subject and year
4. Erect a new pinboard
5. Add in and out trays to organise and store daily papers.

Great article! I work in a small home office, so I've become a specialist in organizing and decluttering :) When it comes to organizing particulary an office, I had a problem with all those wires and cables. But, a friend recommended to use a Dymo label tapes . It's pretty handy for those things ;)
