From cheese boards to pancake platters, elaborately-curated, snackable layouts are one of the food trends of the year. One Aussie dad has changed grazing plate game.

Ricky Hogben has created a foldable grazing platter picnic table that can balance on any surface, including grass, and it even has special sections for your beers and wine glasses.

He is a professional wood worker and owner of Rick's Timberworks in Orange, NSW. Rick creates masterpieces from wood - decks and large structures, children's houses, kitchen benches etc - but one of the hottest items available is his grazing table.

Pictures of the wonderful invention were shared to a Facebook group that focuses on celebrating Australian businesses and Aussie-made products.

The image was captioned: "This is a shut up and take my money moment. I just wanted to share this genius creation by an Aussie bloke from the bush named Rick... it's a foldable and portable grazing table."

Commenters went wild, writing that they would love to have one. "This is an absolute game-changer for the beach," said one potential customer. Another suggested: "Charcuterie board while camping?"

The tables are made from the highest-quality timber and cost $180 plus postage. If you want to get your hands on one of these hand-made tables before the temperature drops, order soon. They take 4-5 weeks to craft.
