Lebanese baker Sue is one of the most experienced bakers’ in the shed. As a retired bank manager, Sue now travels the world in search of new food and flavours. Traditional Lebanese baking is Sue’s speciality, with recipes dating back to her great grandmother. “When I was young, I remember doing big batches of tomato paste, jam and pickling vine leaves with my mother, grandmother and great grandmother.” Sue self-published an authentic Lebanese cookbook, ‘Tayta’s Lebanese Kitchen’ which is a legacy to her family heritage.
