Tried your lamb stew with lime but substituted the lamb with goat. Less fat/cholesterol. It was magnificent!!!!! Could you publish some goat meat recipes and help us hard working meat goat growers? Lots of interest.

Love Neil Perry's recipes. My all time favourite is "Fish poached in coconut milk & Garam masala. Masterchef Magazine Issue 1 2010. An absolute hit everytime I have served this.

I love your chilli soy sauce and the aioli mayonnaise but was horrified to find that my local Woolworths has stopped stocking your product. I am so annoyed that I am about to put in a complaint. Is there any reason for this??
