Self taught, Disney fan, mum of two Angela moved to Australia from California at 18. Baking started right after marriage for Angela, when she found herself making birthday cakes for fun. From this, Angela’s strength is themed decorative birthday cakes. Angela adds, “my favourite thing to bake is gluten free American style brownies” and she recalls her biggest baking success, “it was hosting an Easter brunch and baking almost everything on the table! Cinnamon rolls, quiches, scones cookies and cake.”
