My Love of cooking started at 9yrs of age & I so much wanted to become a Chef That when I left school at 16 I moved from N.

My Love of cooking started at 9yrs of age & I so much wanted to become a Chef That when I left school at 16 I moved from N.S.W to Western Australia to Train at Bently Tech.Now my cooking is just for Family & Friends.I love a challenge in cooking & have a touch in tweeking recipes to enhance the look & taste.

Hi Philippa,Its really an easy recipe,Leg of Lamb,Oregano,Rosemary,Lemon rind,juice of 2 lemons,Garlic.Olive oil,Mix all herbs together,make insicions into Lamb force marinade into insicions,rub remainder onto outside of leg & bake in oven at 200 for 1& half to 2 hrs.
Tip: Add water to Baking dish when Baking as this will help keep it moist & Also serve to help make the Gravy.Enjoy with Choice of Baked Vegies.
