Victoria Murphy has more than a decade of experience in broadcast and print journalism. After earning a Bachelor of Communication, majoring in Journalism, she began her career as a news reporter. However, as a former Equestrian Champion, she quickly gravitated towards sport where she has enjoyed much success.
The majority of Victoria’s career to date has been with Network Ten in Sydney. In 8 years with the network she worked her way up from junior reporter to presenter and host of several national shows and News bulletins including the hugely popular Sports Tonight. In 2014, like many, Victoria decided to take voluntary redundancy as the company wound back its news coverage. She is now a Presenter on Sky News among her other freelance commitments. Outside of news and sport Victoria has a strong passion for travel, food, wine and horses. She has traveled the world several times and will continue to explore the globe and its many different cuisines.
