Once Biggest Loser Asia’s red team trainer and host of Healthy Me TV Singapore, Kristy Curtis is one of Australia’s and Asia’s leading health and wellness specialists.

With over 20 years industry experience ranging from Group Fitness Instruction, Corporate health and Personal Training Kristy certainly has all aspects of the industry covered. Kristy is a former State and National champion and a World Aerobic qualifier.

Kristy discovered her zest for Fitness as an adolescent who struggled with Body Image problems and eating disorders. This experience taught her to appreciate her health and in turn go about educating and helping as many people as she could to do the same.

More recently Kristy has been able to spread her message of health to the Asian population where she is one of the Trainers for the hit reality tv show ‘The Biggest Loser Asia’. One of the more challenging roles in her fitness career see’s her living in Malaysia for 3 months every year and guiding contestants from all parts of Asia onto the path of better health, ‘I think I learnt just as much as the contestants did from the experience about the struggles of someone being overweight it affects all area’s of the their live’s’.

Kristy is a mother of two which enables her to relate to many working women out there who struggle to find the time to balance work with their family lives. “Even I at times struggle to find the time to exercise but if it is important to you, you’ll find a way to do something even if it is walking, taking the stairs instead of taking transport, every lit bit makes a difference over time’.

Kristy’s latest project involves working with Brand New Media and the Health Promotion Board of Singapore to research and present content on a new digital IPTV channel being launched in October called ‘HealthyMEtv’. Kristy educates the Singaporean locals on how to use the surroundings around them to become more active as well as showcasing the latest health and fitness trends in Singapore.

Kristy launched her company, Kristy Curtis Health early this year with the intention of making her services more accessible to her audience around the world. will offer online Personal Training and Nutritional Programs catered for the individuals needs whether it be weight loss, strength, cardio fitness or simply just for motivational purposes.

Kristy is working on her first book “Tips and tricks for looking and Feeling great” aimed at the Asian audience due for release early this year. Kristy has featured in Cleo, Shape, Mens Health, Time Out and Life and Style magazine as well as been an Ambassador for Fitness First Online and Lu Lu Lemon clothing.
