G'day Adrian, We have a very dear family friend who will not cook or eat a steak unless it is 85deg, which i'm sure you would agree is ruining good meat! His reasoning is that anything less, leaves bacteria in the meat. Nothing we say or do can change his mind. Please help, as we are fed up with ruining good darling downs beef on him!
