I cant believe more people are going to make the same mistake again as all these people think their property developers after doing up one house they give up their jobs and before long you have the same situation where no one can pay or get a mortgage and its all gone pear shaped because tv keep advertising this is what you can do its all a misconception and costs alot of money and people forget about the fact you have to pay a mortgage , Its not because i am bitter as nothing has happened to me its because watching these programmes reminds you how easily taken in people are!
