Top This Party follows the wildest and most outrageous parties of America’s wealthiest. Based in Orange County and Las Vegas these party planners are ordered to spend big bucks by their very demanding and very hard to please clients to create the most memorable and glamorous events.

Some of the outrageous party themes include; a ‘Happy Divorce’ singles party where waiters hand feed the guests; a yacht christening with the host arriving in a helicopter; and an exotic ‘Garden of Eden’ housewarming with snakes and all. These hosts will stop at nothing to make their party the talk of the town – but what happens when the party planners can’t deliver? These wealthy party hosts have big expectations and entrust their party planners to deliver on every extravagant request.

    Whatever happened to Lyndsy and the doctor on season 4? She seemed to like the helicopter pilot alot more than the doctor.

    Please put this show on the air again! I thought it was awesome and am disappointed you cancelled it. I know times are tough, people are unemployed and things don't look so good for this country but this show offers an escape from reality. It is amazing to get a glimpse of just how much some rich people take their lives for granted. I think that is what is appealing about the show. The party planners are great and hilarious about how they handle these people.

    I think these shows like Top this Party are a negative message to making people feel good about their lives. This is overindulgence and I feel so angry and ashamed that there is a TV station like YOU that would show the immaturity and absolute vanity of people wasting money that could go to people in need. I work very hard as does my husband in full time jobs to help our daughter through school. I am a registered nurse and see the sadness of ill health and death every day. We are not poor but we get by. I am so tired at the end of each week and I see the kind of show like Top this Party, or some stupid woman working in the sex industry with ridiculous men looking at her only as a sex object and I cannot fathom why YOU puts these shows on. You are brilliant at disguising it with the health shows but all you are after is high ratings for the sex and money shows so that you can make money. These shows make the mainstream normal hard working family feel so angry that there are stupid American shows like the Real Wives of some county raving on about having to not work and just pamper themselves. At least I make a contribution and I rate the YOU lifestyle channel as an underhanded money and ratings gathering underdog. Grow up and get real. Put some decent comedy back into people's lives.
