About the show

In Relocation Relocation Australia property experts Bryce Holdaway and Veronica Morgan will set out to find the right properties for people who are looking to move house and want a change of scenery; on the hunt for a new home and new business premises; downsizing to help their kids get on the property ladder; or just seizing the moment to relocate to a place they never thought possible.

What do you think?

Gidday, my wife & I have sold our house in Balgowlah Heights. we are looking at properties from Avalon-mosman, & everything in the middle. budget 2.3M. We are looking for a flat block, 800m2 plus, 5 bed house with parking for 3 cars we have 3 kids under 5, a nanny, & a spoodle. Might be a bit of a laugh to get involved with the show. JH

What a good show, the presenters are 5 star very professional, knowledgeable and tolerate. Handled the likes of Goo & Claudia very well. One criticism, would be useful to see more working class couples like they do on the UK show. The high earners looking for $600k to million homes and their investment pad too is unrealistic to most Aussies.

These two presenters have got to be the most boring incompetent TV presenters on the planet

Well Goo, you just demonstrated to the "world" what an ignorant, rude and obnoxious person you are. There's one thing in being firm and forthright in the decisions you make but you were an absolute shocker. As far as hubby is concerned give your marriage 5 more years and that thumb will be firmly pressed into your skull. You will have to make a decision, put up with it or leave. She will drive you nuts and send you bankrupt and there is nothing you can do because you are under the thumb.I speak from personal experience as my wife has an aunt who dominates her husband. He stayed and it is awful to watch.

Goo is a nightmare and downright rude and ignorant. I feel so sorry for Bryce and Veronica for having to be pleasant and cordial to such a barbaric ingrate. By the I love the show, you both are great :)

Hi I am a big fan of the show , and I would love to throw the challenge down for being on the show in the first part of next year . My husband and myself have decided to sell our Adelaide home , and our adult son has decided to also sell his house and join us in the move . So as you can see we will need a good size home the real challenge is that we wish to move to ..... Perth !All three of us do not really know Perth , ( my husband and I have only been there once , and our son twice )so we are very open to any help that your expert team has to offer . We hope to be ready for the move in Febuarey or March. I like to think of myself as a "full figured" redhead , with a wicked sense of humour ! So I will be eagerly awaiting to hear back from you , or I just might have to hit the chocolate box , as I think of another brillent moving plan ........ So please help me out , as my love handles have now included the whole case , and I am trying to stay away from adding any more different size clothes to my closet. Catherine Richards

We love LLLA & RRA (and the presenters) we are planning to move to Tas next year & have planned a week in Feb to go and look wed love to be on RRA if possible. We both think it would be much easier to hone in on what we want with some experts helping. This is such a big move but its do it now before we get too old!

Hi Guys! We love your Location, Location, Location show but are yet to catch a Relocation, Relocation. Despite this we think we would be perfect for the show if you are currently looking or will soon be looking for new participants for another series. We are a family of four (2 boys under 4) who are looking to relocate from Melbourne to the Gold Coast for improved weather conditions. Just wondering if there will be a call out for home buyers in the near future? Thanks so much! Loyal viewers, Alana and Rodrigo

I like the show and premise. But Grand Designs is still my favourite. Bryce is a bit too stiff for me. I had my home purchased from someone recently in Sydney and he was a hottie and gave some excellent insights. I'd much rather see him than Bryce, and he seems a lot more able to try and find what client wants. He (Bryce)actually feels like he is trying to contrive a result for the show's result. OK as long as it doesn't feel contrived...which it does. I don't mind Veronica, she has some good tips but maybe a little too stiff also but better presenter than Bryce. Will never feature regularly on my watch list until a better presenter like Kevin McCleod. If they aren't good looking, at least make them intelligent.

  • Steven
    January 2012

Just went to Veronica's and Bryce's websites and cannot believe that they actually have real estate experience. They are so disappointing in so many ways: - They do not seem to know the market - they 'push' the buyers too hard whilst not listening and following briefs - their negotiating skills are pathetic and surely cost the potential buyers thousands. - Their overall research resembles that of a pre-schooler. This Australian series is very disappointing.

    • Leah
      January 2013

I have to agree. Their credibility was shot after the episode where they were seriously talking to buyers about being able to make a living on 20 or 40 acres breeding cattle! Seriously!!!!!

My husband and I watch this show every week. We are very much into property here in OZ, and really like listening to Veronica and Byrce tips on property investment. We live in the Northern Beaches, and great to get an insight on property prices in other locations. I think Veronica and Byrce are great presenters. Veronica is an attractive woman, but looks down to earth and doesn't dress to glam, which I like as shows she is a "real" person. Byrce is quirky, but intelligent, and they both have a great connection. Let's not be so hard on them everyone. The UK version is great, they have been doing it for years, but that doesn't relate to us, and like to invest our time on a show we can relate too. Keep it up Veronica and Bryce!

BRYCE AND VERONICA ARE POSSIBLY THE WORST PRESENTERS IN TELEVISION. A MONKEY AND A SLUG WOULD HAVE BETTER CHEMISTRY AND BANTER! THEY HAVE REALLY KILLED THIS SHOW FOR ME AND FOR ALL THAT ARE STILL WATCHING WHICH I DOUBT ARE MANY

ITS LIKE THESE PRESENTERS DONT KNOW A THING ABOUT REALESTATE, NO WONDER THEY KEEP COMPLETELY MISSING THE MARK WHEN TRYING TO FILL THE CUSTOMERS BRIEFS

PHIL AND KIRSTIE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES IF THEY ARE RENEWING THE CONTRACT WITH THESE TWO TWITS!!!!!

What a disapointment this series has become, do the people that appear on this show really have any intention of buying the proerties they are shown, could they possibly find people anymore self centred and annoying. If a season is planned next year I won't be watching.

    November 2011

My wife and I love the UK version of this show, but we're really starting to hate this local version. And here's why:

    - What is the point of constantly showing people who don't end up buying the houses you show them and then just go randomly get their own.
    - What is the point of helping rich spoilt brats like the ones on tonight's show: how about you help people who actually need it. Not "we have to have a house down the street from mums with a nice aspect, we have $1.5m and enough to buy another $700k beach house in a town we've never been too" - I don't care about these people AT ALL.
    - Why do you keep taking them to houses that don't fit their briefs
    - Why do you come in after each ad break and spend 5min recounting what we just saw, which was boring to begin with because of all the reasons above.

I think you guys should change tact - start finding people who really actually need help and want your opinion rather than spoilt idiots.

  • Mel

I really enjoy watching this show, I didn't watch the UK series, so have no idea who the other presenters are and neither do I care! I'm not about to buy property in the UK! I think the presenters are doing a great job and love looking at all the different homes and suburbs etc. Keep up the good work guys!

    November 2011

Goo.. What a bogan idiot! You are on a show here you have 2 real estate 'experts' helping you and you don't ask them to handle the offer on your preferred property? You handle it yourself... A quick early bid followed up by another fast and much larger offer?? Talk about broadcasting to the sellers that you really want to pay a lot of money to buy....right now! Just make an offer (a low-ish one) and ask the agent to let you know if they get any other offers ( you dont spell it out but its so you have the opportunity to raise your offer if need be). Don't let on that you love the property! Goo could have saved thousands of dollars! BTW how did they have that much money to spend? (please excuse my judgmental bitchiness!)

  • Mary
    November 2011

Like the concept of the show but the presenters could be better. Should replace them with Andrew Winter from selling houses Australia - that would make the show ten times better! Also I'm unsure about the research these presenters do, the places they offered the English couple were absolutely appalling and the presenters were getting frustrated because the properties didn't excite them?? Terrible properties, no wonder they went off and did their own thing. They were better off without them!

  • Sue503
    November 2011

I have been watching the show since it started a few weeks ago. I enjoy seeing Australian locations. I think that Bryce and Veronica are growing into their roles and becoming more comfortable and relaxed. Their personalities are coming out more now and they are interacting better with each other. It is unfair to compare them with Phil and Kirsty who have been together doing this for over ten years. To the critics, why not give them a fair go? They have only just started and have a very hard act to follow. Bryce and Veronica, nice going. You get better and better each week.I can't believe how polite and restrained you were in your reactions to Goo! Keep up the good work.

  • Jude
    November 2011

I wonder if goo and john have realised that the property that goo so carefully selected will be very difficult to sell because of the power transfromers over looking their property, especially as they paid top dollar for it what a shame

  • Steven115
    November 2011

I think the show needs to drop the search for the investment property and just focus on the search for the main property. The two property model only works in the UK as its a much smaller country and people tend to work in the city and head out of the city on the weekend, which we don't really do here in Australia due to the size of the country. Five shows in and no one ends up buying an investment property - they all have unrealistic budgets and it detracts from the more interesting part - the quest for a family home and all the emotions that go with it!

Oh my gosh! Just watched the Goo episode! Wow what a waste of space she is!!!! I feel bad for John and wonder where his balls are??? I love how she claims to be a hippie! Last I checked they were happy and laid back... Is she like wog hippie or something!? She's gotta be the most irritating person I have ever seen. They have to do a follow up I'm pretty sure they'll be divorced by then.

Why did Goo want a hugh wardrobe. She wore the same clothes two days in a row on the TV!!

    • Crinkle Cut
      November 2011

The producers of the show would have requested she wore the same clothes for editing and continuity purposes. They can slot in any footage at any time during the show.

  • Eeram
    October 2011

Goo no doubt you are reading these comments...here is a tip when on an national/international TV show...nobody wants to know that you need to use the toilet..obviously you annoyed the producers so much they left this little gem in the show instead of editing it out. I bet now you wished you weren't so rude now!!! Keep up the great work Veronica & Bryce I love the show,

  • Kimberley Kilgannon

I think Goo was absolutely disgusting, the way she spoke to the hosts!! I have never seen such rudeness, I certainly hope that episode never shows overseas, I would hate for overseas viewers to think all Australians were as rude as she was!!!!

  • Denise
    October 2011

I think they need to be more selective when it comes to choosing people to house hunt for. Last nights episode was embarrasing. I hope the peacock moves on because I wouldnt want to be within a breath of Goo. Rude is an understatement. Rude rude rude....

  • Jim24
    October 2011

Sorry folks I got the names wrong instead of Goo and John I should have said Veronica and Bryce. It just goes to show how much notice I take of them.

  • Jim24
    October 2011

I love the show, but I find the hosts completely unsuited for the show. they try too hard. The show about the couple relocating from Dubbo to the central coast showed when the couple changed there mind about buying an investment property in Melbourne, Goo showed that all she was interested in is what she wants. John is a real yes man. Oh for an Australian version of Kirstie and Phil. Certainly not these two get rid of them if you want the show to succeed.

  • Jude Pruden
    October 2011

What a giggle I have never seen anything funnier GOOOOOOOOOOOOO How veronica & Bryce did not strangle her I have no idea You realise she only wants a bigger house so she can increase her hoard of rubbish, glad I am not her neighbour Keep up the good work Veronica & Bryce

Goo and John: It's all about her. "What makes Goo happy makes John happy". Is she used to getting things her own way?

  • Pat
    October 2011

OMG how embarrassing and rude was that dreadful woman Goo and what a limp noodle is John. I have enjoyed all Lifestyle shows but this would have to be the worst I have ever seen. What don't you understand about "bush". Goo I wish you would go into the bush and never show your hippy self ever again. I thought hippies like you live in NImbin

Goooooooooooo what a B**** Rude and an idiot. Said she wanted to live like a hippy but didn't want bush. Come to my place I will show you what living like a hippy is and we have bush. Maybe next year you could do a follow up - John and Goo's divorce after he comes to his senses and realises that even a million dollar house won't make her happy!

  • Jeff Milne
    October 2011

Are you serious in establishing an Australian version of a fantastically successful show as the UK version?? The episode featuring John & Goo was an embarrassment, which is disappointing. I could not continue to watch the show and sadly am not inpsired to give it another go if your production judgement is so poor. Jeff

  • Rob Palace

Goo, dear oh dear where do I begin? I would be ditching her as quick as poss...did they invest in Mission Beach before Cyclone Yasi? Where on earth do they get their money from, honestly did they rob a bank? Police, get onto this couple quickly.

    • Jo
      October 2011

Haha.. I agree with you, Rob. It is puzzling where they get their money ..mmmm. Goo says that she is a "hippie" yet they sound extremely materialistic to me. I find her behaviour crude and offensive.

  • Clarkie

Who is this awful awful woman, Goo?! Selfish, childish and rude...all I hear is I, I, I. Well done to Veronica and Bryce for meeting their brief several times and for demonstrating incredible patience and dealing with the challenges with humour. We're really enjoying the show, well done and keep it up. We're confident it's the start of a great version of Relocation Relocatio :-)

  • Merl Stuart
    October 2011

Presenters are not Kirsty and Phil they have chemistry and we are used to their style, I will watch again and see if it gets better. Goo would have to be the biggest pain and I feel sorry for her partner, stick her in the middle of Sydney I don't live anywhere near there so there is little chance of meeting her, she would have to be the biggest pain I have ever seen. Can't say I have ever seen anyone more obnoxious than Goo....

  • Jason
    October 2011

OMG! Just watched the Goo & John episode. Goo is such a pain in the a^*e & I have no idea what John does to put up with her. Given the budget they have I assume John works very hard & she just spends it all. He is one patient man. Note to the producers. I am assuming based on the hosts comments you are implying the search happened over a series of days, yet Goo & John wear the same clothes...

  • JeanJ
    October 2011

I am watching tonight's show and my toes are curling! How bad an attitude can one person have? The woman is awful! Veronica & Bryce are doing a great job at being diplomatic but jeez, I bet they wanted to leave Goo to it. Great show otherwise.

    • Jason
      October 2011

She is an absolute nutter! Send to the middle of nowhere away from everyone!

  • Cheryl666
    October 2011

I love the show. Even more so as it's in Australia. Some of you have your facts wrong about Australian real estate. Plus back off the presenters, they're doing a great job. What happened to the Aussie fairness and give everyone a go? Phil and Kirsty have been working together for years. Keep up the good work Veronica & Bryce.

  • UMP13
    October 2011

The show is too scripted and Bryce and Veronica seem to think that the show is all about them and what they think. When the "guests" on the show try to disagree with an opinion, the "I know better" attitude shows itself. The last show in Tasmania was a prime example. Halfway through the show I was just hoping that they would shut up and get on with it. That's two shows I have watched and there will not be any more.

  • Jan Warlow
    October 2011

The show worked with Phil and krsty because of their personalities and chemistry but this Australian version is flat and boring just like the dull boring presenters. Sooner watch the uk repeats than this.

    • Natalie
      November 2011

If you watch the repeats you will see that when Kirsty and Phil started out everything was about the properties not about them, I love Kirstie and Phil as well but think we should cut these hosts some slack as they're doing a great job!

  • Lydia
    October 2011

I really enjoyed this show. Will be watching it again. Only wish it was on a better time.

  • Jenni
    October 2011

In Australia, since when do people phone a real estate agent with an offer on a house. ALL OFFERS are put in writing in the form of a contract, offers are NEVER given or accepted verbally! Fair enough copying a UK version of the show, but at least make it real!

    • Miranda
      December 2011

my dad brought a house about 6 months ago in Melbourne, I was with him at the Real Estate when the estate agent rang the owner with dads offer, the offer was accepted straight away over the phone then the contracts were written up and signed, so offers ARE given and accepted verbally!!!!

    • Amy Rumpler
      October 2011

I live on the central coast and watched last nights show. I don't know where you live jenny, but my husband and I have always made our offers over the phone to agents???

    • Pat
      October 2011

I can assure you the way it's showed is how it happened. Why can I say that? Because it's our episode airing on 19/10!! I've bought a few houses and have always given verbal offers and acceptances.

    • Lydia
      October 2011

I just bought my investment property and I called them with an offer. They accepted and that's when I went in to pay a deposit!

  • Aldo from Sydney
    October 2011

Great show, great concept. We have been enjoying watching. but alas, and it's not personal, the presenters are bland and need to have that Phil and Kirsty zing and assertiveness. Could be too late: get two new presenters who are more "controversial" and less "nice" and you will have a long term winner.

  • Elisabeth
    October 2011

Is Katie from tonight's episode Veronica's sister - or otherwise related - they look identical???

  • Gertrude
    October 2011

Bring on Phil and Kirstie. This Australian version of their show is a travesty.....personality free....banal commentary...appalling clothes on the presenters....there is no spark between them....won't be watching this one again. If these two personalities are the best that Australian has to offer, the country is in trouble. Gertrude.

    • Natalie
      November 2011

I love the show! I lived in the UK for nearly 7 years where they showed repeats of Kirstie & Phil's first season - they didn't have the easy going banter that everyone knows them for now as they were just getting started - everything was about the properties, I think this show has started off really well and we should give the hosts a far go - keep the episodes coming! :-)

    • Lydia
      October 2011

I actually found the show very interesting. Nothing wrong with the presenters. If I can recall, Kirsties (UK version) dress sense was appalling but I didn't watch it for fashion. If you want fashion watch 'what not to wear' with Trinny & Susannah!

Move house and want a change of scenery; to relocate to a home they never thought possible. How wonderful. I could if I can browse all of the Domain estate agent especially Macadamia, Avocado, Mango, and with lots of land 100 to 2000 acres and with small amount of money. I could only dream. I am retired, am 57 year old, with cancer, stroke, angina, bladder surgery and more but I could still be OK. My daughter and son are well educated, and they are going out to do the work, teacher and business. My wife is a midwife and 57 years old. We are born in Malaysia but are Chinese. We migrated to England 16 years and now in Australia for 23 years. We are Australian and now waiting to be on the road to Relocation Relocation Australia, maybe Armidale, Glenn Innes, Tamsworth because I want to do gold detector and want to be in the old men game of hunting for gold. I am OK because I love you and all will be well.

I have watched a few shows, and they couln't be more boring!!!! Her mouth moves to smile but her eyes are dormant, and he is so monotonus, I wish they had some sort of personality,as we like to see the Aussie areas.
BUT just cannot watch it, such a shame.
